As we have done the past few years, we will be putting together a memorial video with photos (high-res, 1.5 megabyte or more) of those who have passed away anytime in the past 12-14 months.
Use the form below to upload a photo of anyone who was a part of the SBPC church family or for whom, SBPC was a significant part of their life.
The deadline to upload a photo is October 28, 2024. The video will be shown in the worship service on November 2.
At the end of the form, please include your name and email in case we need to follow up due to any technical issues with the uploaded file.
