SENIOR PASTOR / HEAD OF STAFF (CO-PASTOR)

This is a Co-Pastor opportunity, which means the individual will serve alongside our retiring senior pastor for a few weeks/months before assuming the role of Senior Pastor. This individual will be Head of Staff and Moderator of Session. 

Our vision for ministry is that our members, friends, and neighbors live as fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ in growing community. We do that as an intergenerational, missional, and transformational church.

We know that housing costs in San Diego are high. The Session is committed to addressing pastoral housing in a way that is mutually beneficial for the Senior Pastor and the church.
