Coming Together and Sharing Our Journey Through Grief

Loss produces an acheā€¦.an emptinessā€¦.a sadness. It requires a major adjustment in life, one that most of us would rather avoid. Yet, loss is inevitable, and though we often feel we would rather not burden others with our sorrow, it is in coming together and sharing our journey through grief that the burden becomes lighter.

Each week, participants will be invited to read the materials (Understanding Your Grief: Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart) and journal in preparation for each session. Our goal is to be a safe place for you to explore your grief and experience with the ten essential touchstones.

We ask that all participants make a commitment to attend every session for the ten weeks.
