Weekly Prayer Focus—Small Groups

Small Groups have begun for the winter session. What a wonderful way to make connections and build relationships with others in our church community as we explore the weekly sermons and scripture through active discussion, application and prayer.
Let us pray…
…for all in our church family to find a small group to help them connect with God’s word and build lasting relationships;
…for the Holy Spirit to bring clarity and focus to each individual and the groups as a whole;
…that individuals will always feel the warmth of Jesus Christ as they are welcomed, loved, encouraged, and accepted in their group.
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another – and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV)
