Lara Pauley has been making meals to order for the Senior Center members for the past few months and we’d like to extend it out to all SBPC members. The next dinner box is April 21. To reserve your April 21 Dinner Box, you must order by April 14.
Menu for April 21 Dinner Box
- Apricot-Pecan Stuffed Pork Loin with Bourbon Sauce
- Cheesy Potato Bake
- Green Beans with Mushrooms, Bacon and Garlic
- Brioche Roll
- Bread Pudding with a Brown Sugar Sauce
Meals ready for pick up or delivery (delivery fee $5) on Wednesday, April 21 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Solana Beach Presbyterian Church. Each meal is $15.00 and serves one person.
