Just weeks after the news of Ahmaud Arbery’s murder and we are face to face again with racism, violence, and division. Floyd’s death has also sparked peaceful protests all over the world, and in all 50 states to end police brutality and address racism. COVID-19 Drive-thru Donation Provides Much Needed Relief

This past Saturday May 2nd, the CS365 team from Solana Beach Presbyterian Church helped organize a donation drive for twelve various non-profit organizations supporting our most vulnerable neighbors. Three church parking lots in Encinitas and Carmel Valley hosted more than 100 volunteers and accepted drop-off donations from 200 drive-thru vehicles, which filled up around 60 SUVs and pick-up trucks. Hi Faithful Prayer Team, We hope that you are having a wonderful week! On Sunday, each Ladle guest received a hearty meal which included an individually packaged shepherd’s pie made by our talented volunteer cook Jeff! Our faithful volunteers served well over 200 of these delicious comfort meals as many came back for “seconds.” The devotion that was given to each guest was based upon the meeting with Jesus and Thomas from John 20:24-29.
